Students of Narain Smart School, Patiala Samana Road (Affiliated to CBSE) raised a voice against the menace of “Stubble Burning” by reciting poems, delivering speeches, Making Posters and Writing Slogans depicting ill effects of stubble burning.
Students were made aware about the adverse effects of stubble burning as it triggers health hazards and spoils fertility of the soil. They were told how to make use of stubble by Ms Roop Shergill (Head Junior Wing). Students were told to motivate their family members, neighbours, friends and relatives not to burn stubble. Students took oath in the assembly to make all out to stop this menace. Students pledged to impart in making the environment immaculate.
