CBSE training session Capacity Building Programme “Stress Management “was conducted here at Narain Smart School on 21st October 2023 .60 teachers from various schools joined the day long session . The programme was commenced with the chanting of Gyatri Mantra. After that Ms.Roop Shergill, Head Junior Wing welcomed the resource persons Dr. Sandeep Kumar Lath and Ms. Anupma Sharma.Both of them were presented with bouquet as a token of love and respect. The renowned and seasoned personalities Dr. Sandeep Kumar and Ms. Anupma Sharma asserted in their ice breaking session the need was to provide safe and congenital atmosphere to the students where they can share their feelings without any inhibitions. The programme was culminated by Principal of NSS Mrs. Manjeet Kaur waraich extending heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed guests at the behest of  organization.
